A presentation was made concerning the condition of the erosion along Cummings. A remedy was presented along with the costs associated with it. This project commenced in 2016-2017. The irrigation was improved with drip and replacement of heads. The asian jasmine was never planted near the walls. Fescue is used every winter to contain the dirt. Larry Corder presented the efforts and results that have been made to date to obtain help with the erosion along the creek. Please click the icon to the right to see the PowerPoint. This effort was in 2015. The city did make improvements only to the bridge and access areas in 2020. The city has proof the creek behind the homes on Edgewater and Pine Thicket Court are the responsibility of the homeowners. Each homeowner owns their section of the creek.
