The video above explains how your dues are spent, It was produced in 2015 to explain an increase in dues.  Dues are currently $325 (06/01/25 -05/31/26). The information is still relevant. We no longer paint fences along Central Drive and the budget numbers have increased to a revenue of  nearly $30,225.  We currently use Masterscapes as our landscape provider. The project along Cummings described was never fully achieved due to lack of funding.
