Please contact the HOA Treasurer, Jason Dozier at brookwoodhillsii@gmail.com regarding a Resale Certificate and related documentation. If you choose to use USPS mail for your request, mail to:  Brookwood Hills II HOA, Jason Dozier Treasurer, PO Box 1413, Bedford, TX 76095.  HOA dues must be current before a Resale Certificate can be granted.

 

Brookwood Hills II has a Resale Certificate fee of $375 and a new homeowner Transfer Fee of $325.00.

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Phase II Brookwood Hills stipulate that all lot owners are subject to Brookwood Hills II Homeowners Association, Inc. mandatory membership and dues payment obligation.

The following are recommended steps to take when selling your home:

​

1.  Contact the Brookwood Hills II HOA (brookwoodhillsii@gmail.com) when you are listing your home for sale. This will allow our all volunteer board time to gather the information legally required to respond to a request for a Texas Property Code Resale Certificate concerning our Association.​

 

2.  When the sale of your home is in the final stages of the sale, a Title Company will likely request the Association to provide a Resale Certificate.

3.  Brookwood Hills II Homeowners Association, Inc.'s fee for providing a Resale Certificate is currently $375 and may be required to be remitted before preparation of and issuance of the Resale Certificate.

4.  A new homeowner Transfer Fee of $325 is also required.
