If you choose to use the USPS to request a certificate, please first contact Mr. Ferguson (as above) and THEN mail or email (Mark) the request to Brookwood Hills II Homeowners Association, Inc., PO Box 1413, Bedford, TX 76095. HOA dues ($296.00) must be current.

 

Brookwood Hills II has a Resale Certificate fee of $375 and an Initiation Fee of $296.00. A total of $671.  Please send check to Mark Ferguson, Treasurer, PO Box 1413,  Bedford, TX 76095. 

 

Owners: Steps To Take When You Decide To Sell Your Home.

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Phase II Brookwood Hills stipulate that ALL lot owners are subject to Brookwood Hills II Homeowners Association, Inc. mandatory membership and dues payment obligation.

The following are recommended steps to take when selling your home:

1. Contact a board member when listing your home for sale. This will allow our all volunteer board time to gather the information legally required to respond to a request for a Texas Property Code Resale Certificate concerning our Association:

2. __ When the sale of your home is in the final stages of the sale, a Title Company will likely request the Association to provide a Resale Certificate.

3. __ Brookwood Hills II Homeowners Association, Inc.'s fee for providing a Resale Certificate is currently $375 and may be required to be remitted before preparation of and issuance of the Resale Certificate.

4.  A new homeowner initiation Fee of $296 is also required
